Right in front of me....

Our pastor preached a sermon last week about paying attention to what God is putting in front of you. If there are recurring themes, you may want to pay attention.

So I have.

I noticed that over the last several weeks, Uganda has come up many times. Mostly about the children in Uganda. What this is all about I don't know, but I am praying God will show me.

The other thing has been my health. For several months I have been on a quest to improve our eating and to just become a little more natural.

Friday, however, this became a very serious matter. I was out and about with my mom and kids when all of a sudden, I couldn't see very well. I could still see some, but my vision was not 100%. If I was looking at you, it would seem to me as if you had no nose. There were no spots, it just didn't exist.

Anyway, I sent out a text to friends that I knew would pray for me. As soon as I sent it, I received a text from one of the friends. She had been typing a text to me as I was typing one to her. It was mind blowing!! Her text read something like "What if a family member needed an organ, but you couldn't be a donor because your body wasn't healthy." She went on to reference our bodies being a temple for God. After a couple of hours my sight returned.

When I got home that night I was reading a few blogs that I follow. On one of them, the writer talks about some issues she has been having and her quest for health. Her post really lined up with what I was needing. Only God!!!

I am watching for God and what He has planned. I ask that you please join me in prayer.

You may want to see an eye doc. That may be your retina trying to detach.
