Fishing...

Today we spent the afternoon fishing! It was so much fun to be outdoors. The excitement of the day was when Grace and Daddy were out in the boat. Seems the top of Dad's rod came off and as he reached to try and get it, the boat almost flipped. Unfortunately the fish were not interested in us today. We didn't catch a single one. Well, Momma got one, but couldn't get it on the land before it got away. :( Lucky for us, Granny had some fish in her freezer. So when we got back Daddy and the kiddos prepared the fire and fried the fish over an open flame. That was so much fun to them!! The day was truly a good one and I feel so blessed!!
