These are very important words to me!! Although I am using them far from the context meant by Dr. King when he penned them in his "I have a Dream" speech, they are still very important!
You see, today I am free from the demand of school!! We have completed our curriculum and are now enjoying summer break. As much as I enjoy teaching my kiddos, I am like any other teacher who looks forward to a break to unwind and regroup.
First thing on the list for summer break: dehydrate some strawberries. My dehydrator arrived this week and I am itching to try it out!! Let ya know how it goes!!
